Summit Sports Health & Performance was founded on the need for a healthcare facility, where the patient comes first. Our goal is to get our patients back to living their high-performing lives and reach optimum levels of health as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Meet Dr. Grant Field

Dr. Grant is the proud owner and doctor at Summit Sports Health & Performance. He started practicing in 2016 at one of the country’s top sports-based healthcare facilities in Dallas, Texas and is excited to bring his experience and innovative treatment approach back home to Oklahoma.
 

Dr. Grant is passionate about helping professional athletes, weekend warriors and everyone in between achieve their health and fitness goals while living a pain free life.
